I've been doing business (vehicle purchases and service on those vehicles) with Vyletel/Moran Buick GMC since 2001. Since Moran has taken over, I've had nothing but bad experiences. When it came to purchasing a new pick-up truck this year, I decided to give Fox Automotive a try. My wife and I were very happy with the way we were treated! Bishoy was super. He had a lot of patience with us and sold us the pick-up that suited us best (we couldn't be happier). Amanda in finance was great too; she took time to explain and go over all the paperwork. Overall so far, our experience with Fox has been great!

All the service advisors are helpful, polite and communicate well, telling you what your options are for service packages.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Ken for the exceptional service he provided during my recent visit to Fox Chevrolet. From helping me find the right loaner vehicle to keeping me updated throughout the entire service process, Ken was always attentive, responsive, and thoughtful. I especially appreciated how he remembered my schedule and made a genuine effort to work around it. I’ve dealt with many service advisors before, but Ken’s level of communication really stood out. I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle, and I never had to chase him down for an update. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Thank you, Ken. I really appreciate everything you did!

Everything went well. I don’t think the service team gets many. Corvettes in. The one guy in the drop off area slammed my frunk not realizing it has a double latch. I don’t think he damaged anything but it’s an unprofessional way to treat a customer’s vehicle. Otherwise everything seemed to go okay.

As always the team at Bill Fox Chevrolet are awesome to work with.

Salesperson was awesome but my 180,000 corvette was given back to me dirty inside and out very disappointed
