Very Nice

Check engine light came on. I had an appt for 7am on a Monday and got my car back Tuesday around 1pm. Was told that there was some programming that needed to be done at the dealership and the problem was fixed. A week later I’m dealing with the same thing and now need to spend more time/gas to bring it back in and be without a car I’ve had for a year and has less than 9k miles on it. And I’m told I don’t get a car to use unless it has to be there for a certain period of time.

Had an appointment for 9:30, ended up picking up my vehicle at 4pm still not diagnosed. The only reason it wasn’t 1 star was you service account person that helped me was really trying to help. I would expect a company such as yours to be respectful of your customer’s time. It will be a while before I’ll have time to try again.

The whole experience was great, friendly and the care taken with my mother who was merely deaf was patient and fabulous!

The very best including friendliness and communications! I was surprised and pleased that my car had been cleaned inside and out! Good work from Chris and his staff!

My sales guy Phil is fantastic to work with. This is the second vehicle he has helped me with and each time he goes way above and beyond to find exactly what I'm looking for and do what it takes to make it happen. He's also just a super funny, down to earth guy and I love that about working with him. Amanda in the finance area made everything super easy, understandable and was a pleasure to work with also. I also met Daniel Fox. He was incredibly professional, thanked me for my purchase and chatted with me and Phil as we finished the payment transaction. I am a Chevy girl all the way and happy to have found a dealership that I actually look forward to visiting!
