Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage and complete accurate repair estimates
• Exercise the highest level of integrity when estimating vehicle damage
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Regularly update and communicate vehicle repair status with customer
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
• Answer technical questions about vehicle repairs
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations

The Porter / Courtesy shuttle driver is responsible for dropping off and picking up customers throughout the day and moving customers vehicles throughout the service departments.
